Quick cottage cheese bagels for tea: you can make them with homemade jam filling

If you really want to treat your family to homemade pastries, make these bagels. They are based on a very simple cottage cheese dough, in which you just need to wrap the jam. The products can stand on a plate on the table fresh for a long time.
The idea of making basic bagels with jam was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan). They take only 20 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of cottage cheese
- 150 g of soft butter
- 70 g of sugar
- 10 g of baking powder
- 350 g of flour
- jam
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix soft butter with sugar.
3. Add cottage cheese and mix well.
4. Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough. You can mix in half of the flour first, and then pour the other half of the flour on the work surface and knead the elastic dough.
5. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface.
6. Cut into 12 equal rectangles.
7. Put a teaspoon of jam on the wide edge and roll the bagel.
8. Put the bagels on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
9. Sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.
