Pumpkin cream soup: how to cook a delicious autumn dish
Pumpkin cream soup is a delicious and favorite autumn dish. Each housewife prepares it differently: with or without milk, cream, potatoes, cereals, and citrus fruits for a bright flavor.
- aromatic herbs
- olive oil
- broth/water - 400 ml
- zest and juice of 1/2 orange\lemon
- 33% fat cream - 120 ml
- cream (optional)
- salt, hot pepper
- bacon (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. First, peel the pumpkin from the pulp and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Put it in a baking dish.
2. Top with a few cloves of garlic, aromatic herbs, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 170 degrees for 60 minutes.
6. Pour the soup into a bowl and serve with fried bacon. Enjoy!
