Puffy and tender apple pancakes: how to cook
The apple season has begun. Right now, this fruit is at its juiciest and tastiest. Therefore, it should be actively added to a variety of dishes. Pancakes are especially delicious. To make them fluffy and tender, the batter should be made with kefir.
The idea of making apple pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Mariana with the nickname hotuyte_ta_smakuyte.
Ingredients:
- flour - 130 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- eggs - 1 pc
- kefir - 250 ml
- melted butter - 30 g
- apple - 2 medium
- cinnamon - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately and then combine them.
2. Much depends on the density of kefir and the quality of lour.
3. Finely chop apples.
4. If the apples are very hard and do not bake well, you can grate them. Add cinnamon if desired.
5. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Serve with fruit and condensed milk.
