Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 900 g
- Egg yolk - 1 pc.
- Cream (33-36%) - 400 ml
- Cream cheese - 300 g
- Powdered sugar
Method of preparation
1. Defrost the ready-made puff pastry and cut into strips about 1 cm wide.
2. Form tubes with a special cone tool.
3. Place the tubes on a baking sheet covered with parchment, brush with egg yolk, and put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
4. While the tubes are still hot, remove the cone tool.
5. Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar, add the cream cheese and whip again. The cream is ready. Put it into a pastry bag.
6. Fill the cold tubes with it, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
