But this time, we present to your attention a completely new vision of using this flavorful cheese. Recently, food blogger Olga Ryabenko posted a recipe for pressed potatoes with Dor Blue cheese on Instagram. This is a dish that is really worthy of attention. According to her, the unique taste and rich flavor of the cheese perfectly complements and emphasizes even potato dishes. And gives them an extra appeal.

Ingredients for potatoes

  • Small potatoes - 1 kg
  • Dor blue cheese - 150 gr

Ingredients for the dressing

  • Oil - 200 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Paprika - 2 tsp.
  • Dried garlic - 2 tsp.
  • Dried herbs - to taste
  • Parsley

Method of preparation

1. Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins until tender.

2. Put them on a baking sheet and crush them a little with a glass.

3. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a separate container and pour it over the potatoes.

4. Cut the cheese into pieces, or divide it by hand and put it on and between the potatoes.

5. Bake on grill+convection for 15 minutes.
