A food blogger with the nickname katia cooking shared it on Instagram, adding a full recipe for zrazy and two filling options at once. With this recipe, zrazy will always turn out well.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Potatoes – 1.5 kg
- Onion – 1 pc
- Butter – 70 grams
- Flour – ½ cup
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Ingredients of mushroom filling:
- Mushrooms – 400 gr
- Onion – 1 pc
- Spices
Ingredients for the meat filling:
- Minced meat to taste – 400 gr
- Onion – 1 pc
- Spices
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with butter. Add spices and cool.
2. Gradually add flour to the potatoes, forming a homogeneous dough without lumps.
3. Make a piece of dough, put the filling inside, and close it tightly to form pies.
4. Fry in a very hot frying pan with oil for 3–4 minutes on each side.
5. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
