Ingredients
- onion - 1 pc
- potatoes - 4 pcs
- salt
- pepper
- egg - 1 pc
- flour - 2 tbsp
- sour cream
- pink salmon caviar
Method of preparation
1. Grate potatoes and onions on a coarse grater.
2. Add salt, pepper, egg and flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and spoon the pancakes, about 1 tbsp each.
4. Fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
5. Put the finished potato pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. Serve the potato pancakes with a layer of sour cream and caviar on top.
