Potato lazy dumplings in 15 minutes: a hearty snack

Potato laze dumplings are a very tasty, hearty and original dish of Ukrainian cuisine, the basis of which is potato dough and lard rinds. They can be made even from yesterday's mashed potatoes. They can be made with meat, minced meat or cheese.
Food blogger Myroslava Krutii (miroslavakrutii) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for potato dumplings, which you can make in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 150 g
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and cut potatoes, pour water and boil until ready. When ready, mash potato into a puree and add spices.
2. Add eggs and flour to the mashed potatoes. Knead an elastic potato dough.
3 Form the potato dough into a sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces and shape.
4. Boil in salted water until tender. Bon appetit!
