Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Salt - 7 gr
- Black pepper - 3 gr
Ingredients for the grazuri
- Tomato puree - 100 g
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Rinse the pork ribs under water and remove the film and excess fat.
2. Add salt, pepper and ground coriander. Wrap the ribbon of ribs in foil and bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
3. Now let's make the glaze. Mix the tomato puree with honey and soy sauce and hot mustard. Mix until smooth.
4. Unwrap the foil in which the ribs were cooked and spread the glaze on both sides.
5. Put the ribs in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
6. Take out the ribs and brush them with the sauce again.
