- 2.5 kg of plums
- 1 sweet pepper
- 4 heads of garlic
- hot pepper
- 250 g sugar
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 4-5 pcs cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the seeds from the plums.
2. Put fruit, herbs and pepper through a meat grinder.
3. Add spices, salt, sugar.
4. Cook over medium heat for 20-40 minutes, depending on the desired consistency.
