Homemade crispy and thin pizza can be baked in just 10 minutes. Even ordering delivery takes longer. The dough is made with fast-acting yeast: it is elastic and easy to roll out.
The idea of making a pizza that takes 10 minutes to bake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tania Sheremet (tania_sheremet_).
Ingredients:
- flour - 130 g
- dry fast-acting yeast - 7 g
- hot water (50-55 degrees) - 240 ml
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 260 g
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 130 g of sifted flour into a bowl, add dry yeast and hot water and stir.
2. Add salt, another 260 g of flour and olive oil and knead the dough. The dough may be sticky. For easier kneading, sprinkle a little flour on the table.
3. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. While the dough is raising, you can prepare any favorite filling.
4. Divide the dough into two parts, roll it out, and place it on a baking sheet. Brush the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle dried oregano over.
5. Put the filling (sausage, tomatoes, olives, cheese and green onions).
6. Put in a preheated oven to 250 degrees for 7-10 minutes. This amount of dough makes two pizzas.
