Pita tubes with cheese in 20 minutes: how to cook an elementary dish
If you want to make a quick breakfast, lunch, or just a snack, pita bread tubes are a great option. You can make them with different fillings: cheese and herbs, vegetables, minced meat, or even sausages. Such lazy tubes are quickly cooked in the oven or a frying pan.

Ingredients:
- pita bread – 3 pcs.
- hard cheese – 200 g
- cottage cheese (5%) – 180 g
- egg yolk – 1 pc.
- milk – 1 tbsp.
- salt, cilantro, sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate hard cheese and mix it with cottage cheese, herbs, salt, and spices.
2. Spread the prepared filling evenly on the pita bread. Roll into a tube and put into a baking dish.
3. Mix the milk with the egg yolk, grease the tubes, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
