Cooking method:

1. Put 50 g of butter in a saucepan and put on low heat. Wait until the butter melts.

2. Add 400 g of peeled and diced apples, 75 g of sugar (preferably brown) and 30 g of water. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not cover with a lid.

3. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 g of ground cinnamon.
