Pickled zucchini is a great appetizer that is suitable for any occasion. Vegetables go well with various cereals and meat. But for them to be well stored, vinegar must be added to the marinade. It's important not to overdo it so as not to spoil the taste.

Recipe for pickled zucchini with garlic for the winter

Ingredients:

  • 3 kg of zucchini (cubes or rings)
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce
  • 100 g of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 0.5 cups of oil
  • 1 hot pepper

Method of preparation:

Zucchini for the dish

1. Mix everything except garlic.

2. Boil for 20 minutes.

3. Add garlic.

Tomato juice for the dish

4. Boil for another 30 minutes. It will make 4-4.5 liters.

Oil for the dish

5. Close immediately in sterilized jars.
