- 2 liters of water
- 200 g of 9% vinegar
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g salt
- bay leaf

Method of preparation of the marinade:
1. Combine all ingredients except vinegar.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Turn off, pour vinegar and let cool.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- 5 sweet peppers
- 1-3 hot peppers
- 1 cup garlic
Stuffing preparation method:
1. Chop everything through a meat grinder.
2. Cut tomatoes in half, stuff, place in a jar and pour marinade over (you can cut into 4 pieces and cover with stuffing).
3. Store in a cool place and tey in 10 days.
