Pickled champignons are a delicious, simple and quick-to-prepare homemade appetizer. They are prepared mainly with a variety of spices, dill, hot marinade, as well as carrots and onions.
One of the culinary blogs (mama_moze_tato_dopomoze) posted a recipe for pickled champignons with carrots, onions, and garlic on Instagram. You can eat this appetizer after 5 hours.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 cloves
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tbsp
- peppercorns (crushed) - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- vinegar - 5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and boil mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes after boiling.
2. Cut onion into half rings and carrots into thin strips and grate garlic.
3. Add spices, oil and vinegar to the chopped vegetables. Mix well.
4. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and leave to marinate for 5 hours.
