- medium onion - 3 pcs
- vinegar - 70 g
- oil - 100 g (less is better)
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- satsebeli sauce - 4-5 tbsp
- ground coriander - 0.5 tsp
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Clean the fish.
3. Cut into pieces.
4. Add to the marinade.
5. Stir, cover with foil.
