Pickled cucumbers with mustard: recipe per liter jar

Pickled cucumbers are a great homemade appetizer for all occasions. For its preparation, you need to make a successful marinade and also supplement the vegetables with spices and herbs like chili, ketchup, herbs and garlic. Following the proportions, cucumbers turn out crispy and elastic.
Food blogger Victoria Chaikovskaya (vica.chaikovskaya) shared a recipe for pickled cucumbers with mustard for winter on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers
- green leaves (dill, horseradish, currants)
- garlic
Marinade for 1 liter of water:
- sugar - 300 g
- salt - 3 tbsp.
- American mustard - 5 tbsp. tsp.
- vinegar - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. To begin with, prepare some ingredients: wash cucumbers and leave in cold water for 1-2 hours, wash the greens. Also sterilize the jars.
2. After that, lay out leaves of herbs and 1-2 cloves of garlic on the bottom of the jars, tamp the cucumbers.
3. To prepare the marinade you need water, sugar, salt and mustard. Bring to a boil and add vinegar at the end.
4. Fill jars with hot marinade and sterilize from the boiling point for 10 minutes.
5. Close the lids of sterilized jars with cucumbers hermetically. Turn upside down, cover with something warm and leave like this until completely cooled. Done!
