Pickled aubergines in 20 minutes: a recipe for a quick snack
Pickled aubergines are a delicious snack that can be prepared quickly and served. In this case, the vegetables should be supplemented with spicy spices, garlic and herbs. When ready, they can be eaten on their own or with a side dish.
- eggplants - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 heads
- herbs - 1 bundle
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
- vinegar - 3 tbsp.
- oil - 6 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, wash and dice the aubergines. Put them in hot water, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes.
2. Put the boiled aubergines on a sieve and drain.
3. Add the chopped onion, garlic and herbs, as well as salt, sugar, vinegar and oil to the aubergines. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
4. Then put the zucchini in a container, close it and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes. It's ready!
