Perfect tender rice to cook for lunch
Delicious rice does not necessarily have to be crumbly. We are not talking about the groats that stick together in one lump. The special juiciness and tenderness of the rice are given by the cream sauce. Such a dish turns out quite hearty and is perfect for lunch.

Ingredients:
- 250 g rice
- 250 g tomatoes
- hmeli suneli and Italian herbs
- 30 g tomato paste
- salt, pepper, hot pepper (to taste)
- 15 g butter
- 150 g cream (15%)
- 10 g garlic
- 800-1000 ml of water or broth
- 50 g mozzarella

1. Pour oil into pan, put tomatoes, add garlic and hot pepper to taste.
2. Crush tomatoes a little and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.

3. Add tomato paste, pour cream, washed rice, salt and pepper.
4. Add spices.
5. Pour water or better broth.

6. Stir and cook under a closed lid.
7. Stir periodically to prevent sticking to the bottom.

8. Check the cooking time to taste. Top up with more water if necessary.
9. At the end put mozzarella and stir well.
