Perfect shortbread cookies, just like in the store: without sugar, eggs and milk
Perfect shortbread cookies are very flavorful, tender, and melt in your mouth. It is based on a simple dough that can be made from just three ingredients. The pastry is also deliciously topped with nuts and a variety of dried fruits.

Ingredients:
- cream cheese - 120 g
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 110 g
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, add melted butter to the cream cheese and mix.

2. Add flour to the mass and knead a soft dough.
3. Roll out the finished dough not too thin, cut out cookies of the desired shape and place on parchment.
