Ingredients:
- 200 ml. milk.
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Beat the yolks with the sugar.
3. Add the milk and whisk the mixture.
4. In several steps add the flour.
5. Add the baking powder and butter.
6. Add salt to the whites and beat until stiff peaks and combine with the egg yolk mixture.
7. Stir gently with a spatula so that the mass does not fall off.
8. Cook the pancakes in a dry, well heated frying pan over medium heat.
9. Serve with honey, condensed milk or syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
10. Add fruit to taste.
