Perfect crab stick salad: the secret is in the dressing

Crab sticks are a versatile product that can be used to prepare a wide variety of delicious dishes. But most often they are used as the main ingredient for salad.

A food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking shared a recipe for a perfect salad with crab sticks on her Instagram page. She claims that the secret of the salad's flavor lies in its interesting dressing.

Ingredients

• Crab sticks - 200 gr
• Canned corn - 1 can
• Cucumbers - 3-4 pcs
• Boiled eggs - 5 pcs
• Salt
• Green onions - 2-3 pcs

Ingredients for the dressing

• Mayonnaise - 150-180 gr
• Hard cheese - 100 gr
• Dill - a bunch
• Mustard - 1 tsp
• Black pepper
• Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Method of preparation

1.In a deep bowl, combine the following: sliced cucumbers, crab sticks, green onions, boiled eggs and canned corn.

2. Add salt and stir.

3. Prepare the dressing. Add the finely grated hard cheese, finely chopped dill, mustard, black pepper and grated garlic to the mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir to combine.

4. Combine the ingredients for the salad with the dressing. Mix and serve.
