Perfect cottage cheese pancakes that won't fall apart: you need to do more than just frying
These cottage cheese pancakes or syrnyky are not only very tasty but also look very pretty. This is because they contain coconut flakes. And in order to prevent the curd mass from being clogged and disintegrating, it is best to add semolina to the dough. After frying, stew the products in the sauce for a few minutes and you will get a truly perfect dessert.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- small egg yolks - 3 pcs.
- sugar and cinnamon - to taste
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- for breading - coconut flakes
Ingredients for the sauce:
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- butter - 40 grams
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the curd mass with a blender or mix well.
2. Leave to swell for 20 minutes.
3. Form small cottage cheese patties with wet hands.
4. Roll in coconut flakes.
5. Fry over low heat so that the flakes do not burn.
