Ingredients for a 30*35 cm baking dish
- camembert - 1 pc
- pears - 2 pcs
- phyllo dough - ½ unit
- butter - 30 gr
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 150 ml
- honey
- nuts
Method of preparation
1. Fold phyllo dough into an accordion-shaped baking dish covered with parchment. This size baking dish will take about 6 sheets.
2. Cut camembert and pears into thin slices.
3. Put them between the pastry sheets.
4. Prepare the filling. Combine eggs and milk in a deep bowl.
5. Brush the pie with melted butter and pour the filling over it.
6. Put it in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
