Peanut paste at home in 20 minutes that is cooked without sugar

Peanut butter is a satisfying dessert on its own or as an addition to sandwiches, pancakes and even oatmeal. It's very easy to make at home with just a few ingredients. The process takes only 20 minutes.

One of the culinary blogs (foodlez_ukraine) published a recipe for sugar-free peanut butter on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • raw peanuts - 200 g
  • honey - a few tablespoons
  • sea salt - a pinch
  • water (if necessary)

Method of preparation:

1. First, fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan or bake them in the oven. Peel the peanuts when ready.

2. Whip the cooled peanuts in a blender for about 10-15 minutes. At first, the nuts will become flour, then a ball of dough, and then a thick mass, which indicates that the oil has begun to be released.

3. Add salt and honey to the resulting mass. Blend again. If the mass is too thick, you can add a little water and continue to beat until the desired consistency. Enjoy!
