Pasta with chicken, mushrooms and spinach: what to add to the sauce to make the taste harmonious

Pasta is a versatile dish that can be prepared with any kind of addition. However, to get a really good taste, you need to combine the products correctly, as well as prepare a sauce that will harmonize with all the ingredients.
A food blogger with the nickname kristy_cookery published a recipe for just such a flavor-balanced pasta. On Instagram, she suggested cooking pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach and told us which sauce would be best suited to these ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 200 gr
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Spinach – 30 gr
- Mushrooms – 150 gr
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Olive oil
- Cream 15% – 200 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian herbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Egg yolks – 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the pasta until al dente.
2. Fry the garlic in olive oil and add the diced fillet. Fry it as well. Add salt, pepper and spices.
3. Add the chopped mushrooms and spinach.
4. Pour in the cream, simmer for 10 minutes, add the egg yolks, stir, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the spaghetti, mix well, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and serve.
