Ingredients

  • feta - 1 pack
  • tomato puree - 130 g
  • mushrooms - 200 g
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • lemon zest - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt
  • spices to taste
  • oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Grease a baking dish with oil and add tomato puree and a piece of feta.

2. Rinse and dry chicken fillet with a paper towel and then put it in the mold.

3. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

4. Wash mushrooms and cut them into 4 pieces. Put them on a baking sheet.

5. Grate lemon and sprinkle zest over the dish.

6. Cook pasta.

7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, then increase the temperature to 230 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

8. Mash the feta with a fork and mix with the tomato paste. Cut the fillet into pieces.

9. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly.
