It is not an easy task to make pancakes that are thin and do not tear. To do this, you need to prepare the most homogeneous and tender dough possible. For the perfect texture, it is best to add boiling water.

Ingredients:
- eggs – 170 g
- sugar – 65 g
- salt – a pinch
- water – 105 g
- whole wheat flour – 305 g
- milk – 340 g
- boiling water – 100 g
- odorless vegetable oil – 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add sugar and salt.
3. Pour in the water.
4. Mix everything.
5. Sift the flour, add milk and boiling water.
6. Make the mass homogeneous.
7. Bake in a hot frying pan.
