Original chocolate tiramisu: be sure to make this dessert for the holidays

Tiramisu is the perfect dessert for tea for the holidays. It will be delicious if you make chocolate cream instead of regular cream. The appearance of the dish will be very aesthetic, and most importantly, you don't need to add raw eggs.

The recipe for chocolate tiramisu is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yevheniia Malinevska (ev.malinevska). The dessert will be as safe as possible.

Ingredients (all dairy products must be cold):

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g of classic cream cheese (or 350 mascarpone)
  • 150-200 g savoiardi cookies (depending on the tiramisu mold)
  • 150 ml of cream - 15% fat content
  • 100 ml of brewed coffee
  • 50 ml of rum
  • 2-3 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • cherry/cranberry jam if desired
  • cocoa for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. First, make coffee.

2. Add rum and let it stand.

3. Mix mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar and cream in a bowl.

4. Beat with a blender until smooth. Add cocoa and continue to beat. You should get a dense cream in texture.

5. Dip cookies in coffee for a few seconds. Put them into a mold for the future tiramisu.

6. Spread the cookies around the mold if you have a square shape.

7. Pour half a portion of the cream over the cookies.

8. Next, spread jam and repeat the layers.

9. Sprinkle cocoa on top and refrigerate overnight
