A sausage is an ideal option for a quick snack, so this product is always in the fridge. But if we are talking about the store-bought version of the dish, it is the most harmful because it contains a lot of flavor enhancers and chemicals. Therefore, the best solution is to make a truly safe sausage at home.

The idea of making homemade healthy sausage was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria with the nickname valerikiry. It is based on chicken meat.

Ingredients:

  • 900 g chicken drumsticks/thighs
  • 1 carrot or 2-5 cloves of garlic
  • onion half
  • 1 tbsp of starch
  • salt, spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet into small pieces and place in the blender bowl.

2. Separate the meat from the drumsticks. Cut half into pieces and put the other half into a blender.

3. Put the vegetables, spices and herbs into the blender with the meat.

4. Grind everything, adding a little water in the process.

5. Add garlic and your favorite spices, if desired.

6. Mix part of the minced meat pieces with starch.

7. Cut the baking sleeve into two parts.

8. Put the fourth part of the minced meat on the edge. Wrap and roll into a sausage.

9. Tie the edges and bake.

10. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven and pierce with a toothpick.

11. Put back in the oven until tender.
