Nourishing vegetable stew: add just one ingredient for a bright flavor

Stew is a hearty and basic basic dish that can be made with a variety of seasonal vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumbers, as well as complemented with meat, mushrooms, or beans. The stew can be eaten on its own, or served with mashed potatoes and porridges.
Foodblogger Kristina with the nickname cristik_crazy_food on her Instagram page shared a recipe for vegetable stew with chicken fillet, which will be very hearty and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc potatoes - 5-6 pcs
- eggplant - 1 pc
- zucchini - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 5-6 pcs
- carrot - 1 pc
- tomato - 1 or 2 pcs
- garlic - 2 cloves
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, pepper
Method of cooking:
1. Slice and lightly fry the fillets on both sides.
2. Shred the onion and grate the carrots. Add to the fillets and fry for 5-7 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, dice the rest of the vegetables. Also chop mushrooms and squeeze garlic through a press. Add everything to the fillet, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Next, add a little boiling water and stew until all the vegetables are ready. Bon appetit!
