Nourishing salad with young carrots: what to dress it with, in addition to mayonnaise and vegetable oil

The most popular salad made of carrots is a Korean salad. The vegetable turns out very spicy, with a slight spicy taste. But if you choose exactly young carrots, it will be perfectly complemented by yogurt or sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g young carrots
  • 100-150 grams of cheese
  • 1 can of corn

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp. natural yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt, pepper, greens

Ingredients for homemade bread crumbs:

  • 100 grams of bread
  • 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • pinch of salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs

Method of preparation:

 

1. Grate young carrots and cheese on a grater and transfer to a plate, add canned corn.

2. For dressing take mayonnaise and natural yogurt or sour cream.

 

3. Add spices and garlic, mix well.

4. At the end sprinkle chopped herbs.

 

5. To make bread crumbs, cut bread into small pieces, pour oil and sprinkle with spices, mix.

6. Bake at 120-150 degrees for 15-20 minutes, stirring in the process.

 

7. Add breadcrumbs when serving.
