Nourishing chicken roll in pita: can be made very quickly for breakfast
For breakfast to be really balanced and nourishing - it must have vegetables and meat. And all this can be perfectly combined in pita bread. It turns out a delicious roll, which you can even take with you.
- tortillas - 4 pcs.
- chicken filet - 300-350 g
- sweet bell pepper (small) - 1 pc
- red onion - 1-2 pcs
- suluguni cheese - 100 g
- greens - as desired
- salt, pepper, chicken spices
Ingredients for the sauce
- mayonnaise - 1/2 tbsp.
- natural yogurt - 1-2 tbsp.
- mustard with grains - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat.
2. Season with your favorite spices.
3. Transfer to a plate and add chopped peppers, onions, herbs, cheese and spices.
4. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard until smooth.
5. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla.
6. Roll up the roll and fry in a pan until crispy, golden crust.
