Not just fritters: how to prepare dietary and healthy zucchini cutlets

The most popular dish from zucchini is fritters. In addition, vegetables can be the basis for dietary and healthy cutlets, which should be baked in the oven, not fried. It is especially delicious to complement with greens and cheese.
Food blogger Kateryna Shevetovska (shevetovskaya) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for zucchini cutlets with cheese.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- cheese - 50 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- oat flakes - 4 tbsp. tbsp.
- salt and spices
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to wash and grate zucchini on a grater. Squeeze the vegetables with hands from excess liquid.
2. Grate carrots and cheese. Add to the zucchini.
3. Add egg, sour cream, spices and oat flakes to the total mass. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form cutlets and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your appetite!
