Chebureki are a dish that takes a long time to prepare and flies off the table in minutes. Therefore, it is a great idea to use the following lazy option and save time in half.
The idea of making lazy pita bread chebureki was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Kvitta with the nickname tetiana_kvitta. They are very crispy.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 0.5 kg
- onion - 2-3 pieces
- garlic - 4-6 cloves
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
- pita bread - 6 pcs
- for batter - 4 eggs salt, pepper
- Ghee for frying or regular oil
Method of preparation:
1. Put the chopped onion into the minced meat.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Squeeze the garlic and add the paprika.
4. Mix well.
5. Unfold the pita bread and spread the filling over the entire surface.
6. Wrap it up, flatten it a little.
7. Cut into small oblong rectangles.
8. Combine the ingredients for the batter, whisk a little.
9. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil or Ghee.
10. Dip the formed lazy chebureki and fry on both sides under the lid.
