Useful and delicious ice cream is very easy to make at home. For the basis of such a dessert, it is better to use berries or fruit, and it is not necessary to add cream, milk or even eggs. The preparation usually requires only a few ingredients and 5-10 minutes of free time.

Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the ingredients, namely cut the strawberries and banana into arbitrary pieces.
2. Place the chopped ingredients on a board or in a container and leave in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to freeze.
3. When the allotted time has passed, take the ingredients out of the freezer, put them in the bowl of a blender and grind until smooth.
4. The resulting mass put in a cremant, if desired, you can decorate or complement with fresh berries and fruits. Done!
