No dyes, no milk, no eggs: how to make crispy crackers with cheese

Crispy and appetizing crackers are loved by both adults and children. And it's great that these cookies can be easily made at home without any effort, without using dyes, preservatives, or even eggs.
Food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv) shared a recipe for cheese crackers that doesn't require eggs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 100 g
- hard cheese – 30-40 g
- butter/ghee – 2 tsp.
- flour – 3-4 tbsp.
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the hard cheese.
2. Mix cottage cheese and hard cheese, butter and flour. Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
4. Make punctures in the middle of each cookie with a fork and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-13 minutes.
