Everyone likes to eat cakes. But not everyone likes to make them. The biggest problem in making cakes is the need to knead the dough and bake the cakes properly. Fortunately, modern stores offer a huge range of products that can be used to make a wonderful cake without kneading and baking.

A food blogger with the nickname sni_danke shared a recipe for this particular raspberry cake on Instagram. In this recipe, she used Savoyardi cookies instead of cakes.

Ingredients

  • Heavy cream - 400 ml
  • Thick yogurt - 200 g
  • Cottage cheese - 250 g
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Gelatin - 12 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • Raspberries - 200-250 g
  • Savoyardi cookies

Ingredients for lemon cream

  • Lemon - 1 pc (zest and juice)
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 70 g
  • Butter - 50 g

Method of preparation

1. Mix yogurt, sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla sugar with a blender until smooth.

2. Whip the cream until thick.

3. Soak gelatin in 50 ml of water. After swelling, heat to melt.

4. Add the cottage cheese to the cream and mix gently.

5. Pour in the cold gelatin, add sugar if necessary.

6. Add the raspberries.

7. Cover the mold with cling film and place the Savoyardi along the sides.

8. Pour in the finished filling and refrigerate overnight.

9. Prepare the lemon cream. Mix the lemon juice and zest with the egg and sugar. Stir and leave for a while. Then put it on the fire and cook until it thickens, then add the butter.

10 Take the cake out of the mold, pour the lemon cream over it, garnish with berries and powdered sugar.
