New Year's salad with crispy potato straws: how to cook
In addition to the traditional Olivier and Dressed herring, you can make this salad for the New Year. The highlight of this dish is the crispy potato straws, which are very easy to make at home. It goes well with meat and corn.

- chicken fillet - 250 g
- processed cheese - 2 pcs
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc
- egg - 2 pcs
- corn - half a can
- potatoes - 2 pcs

1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
