Ingredients for the salad
- Lightly salted herring - 500 g
- Boiled beetroot - 1 pc
- Red onion - ½ pc
- Canned peas - ½ b
- Dill
- Oil
- Black pepper
Ingredients for pickling onions
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 0.5 cups
Method of preparation.
1. Cut the onion into half rings, add all the ingredients for marinating, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
