Mushroom balls: a real hit of modern cuisine
Mushroom balls deserve special attention. That's because it's a real culinary hit that will appeal to even those who don't like mushrooms.
Food blogger Alex Mil shared his recipe for mushroom balls on Instagram. According to him, they taste best when hot.
Ingredients
- large champignons without legs - 12 pcs
- hard cheese - 120 gr
- minced chicken - 200 gr
Ingredients for breading
- eggs - 2 pcs
- breadcrumbs
- flour
Method of preparation
1. Wash mushrooms, peel them if necessary, remove stems, put pieces of cheese in their place and press down.
2. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices to minced meat as desired.
3. Put the minced meat on mushrooms and form balls.
4. Bread the balls in the following order: flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
