Ingredients for a 22x22 cm baking dish
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 100 g (optional)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 150 gr
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Cinnamon - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 cup
- Chopped walnuts - 100 g
Method of preparation
1. Mix the eggs with a whisk with honey, oil and sugar.
2. Stir the baking soda in the kefir and pour it into the eggs with honey.

3. Add the flour, nuts and cinnamon. Stir with a whisk until well blended.
4. Cover the baking dish with parchment, pour the dough into it, and put it in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for 1 hour.
