Ingredients:
- kefir - 500 g.
- butter - 100 g.
- flour - 800 g.
- salt - 0.5 tbsp.
- baking powder - 1 tbsp.
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
Ingredients for the filling:
- minced chicken (or other) - 500 g.
- onion - 200 g.
- potatoes - 200 g.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Take kefir, melted butter, flour, baking powder and salt. Knead the dough.
2. Leave it for a few minutes.
3. For the filling, mix meat, onion and potato strips.
4. Season with salt and pepper and add a little oil.
5. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out.
6. Put one part on a baking dish, top with the filling and the second part of the dough.
7. Pinch the edges, brush with egg yolk, and make a small hole in the center.
8. Put in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 185 degrees.
