Traditional Mimosa salad with sardines can be made much more tender and hearty. To do this, you need to add boiled rice to the salad. The taste will surprise you.

Ingredients:
- 1 can of sardines
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 processed cheese
- 1 small onion
- 4 tbsp. rice (dry)
- salt, pepper
- mayonnaise
- green onion
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Grate melted cheese on a large grater.
3. Drain the sardines and mash them with a fork.
4. Chop the onion.
5. Boil rice in salted water and rinse. It is important not to overcook it.
6. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and garnish with green onions.
