Ingredients:
- potatoes - 400 g
- carrots - 200 g
- melted cheese - 2 p
- water - 1,5 l
- butter - 80 g
- herbs, spices
Method of cooking:
1. First prepare some ingredients: cut potatoes in quarters, grate carrots or shred them.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, put the vegetables and fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Then add butter to the vegetables. Stir and cook until it is completely dissolved.

4. Meanwhile, chop the melted cheeses. Add them also to the vegetables, pour 500 ml of boiling water and stir well to dissolve the cheeses.
5. Add the rest of the water, salt, pepper and spices. Stir and cook until the vegetables are cooked for about 15-20 minutes.
