Meat under potato-cheese coat: turns out very tender and juicy

To make an ordinary pork steak juicy and satisfying, it should be supplemented with the right ingredients. For this purpose, a potato and cheese coat is ideal. The vegetable will give up its juiciness, and the cheese will add a delicate flavor.
The idea of cooking meat under a potato-cheese coat was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Holovina (olha.holovina).
Ingredients:
- pork fillet - 5 steaks
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 4-5 tbsp
- mustard - 1-2 tsp.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- potatoes - 4 small ones
- salt, spices for meat
- oil
Cooking method:
1. Salt and sprinkle each piece of meat with spices. Fry over high heat until golden brown on both sides (for a minute or a little less).
2. Fry the onion, sliced in half rings, together with the meat. Put it all in a baking dish.
3. Mix the sour cream and mustard and brush each piece of meat with the sauce. Put tomato slices on top.
4. Separately, grate raw potatoes and hard cheese on a small grater. Cover the tomatoes with this coat. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees.
