Meat-filled rolls: a popular snack made from phyllo dough in a hurry
Rollini is a type of pastry popular in many countries around the world, made with a huge variety of fillings. That is why it is such a popular dish that is perfect for both snacks and breakfast.
A food blogger with the nickname tastystories.feed posted a recipe for making rolls with meat filling made from phyllo dough on her Instagram.
Ingredients
- Minced meat – 1 kg
- Onion – 1 pc
- Filo dough – 6 sheets
- Butter – 40 gr
- Yolk – 1 pc
- Sesame seeds – a handful
- Hard cheese – 200 gr
- Salt -–a pinch
- Seasoning for meat – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Fry the minced meat with chopped onions for 15 minutes.
2. Add salt and seasoning to the meat.
3. Brush the phyllo dough sheet with melted butter.
4. Spread the filling on both sides of the phyllo sheet.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Wrap it up on both sides inside.
7. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds immediately.
8. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
