Meat enveloppes without dough for a snack that are ready in 15 minutes

Envelopes with filling are a great option for home baking. The filling can be sweet or savory. You don't have to make the dough, as pita, puff pastry or phyllo as a base will work well.
Food blogger Khrystyna (kristy_cookery) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for envelopes with meat based on ready-made phyllo dough.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 1 p
- onion - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 6-7 pcs
- minced meat - 250-300 g
- salt, pepper, dry garlic, sweet paprika, meat seasoning
- eggs - 1 pc
- sesame
Method of preparation:
1. Chop onions and fry until transparent.
2. Chop mushrooms, add to onions and fry for another 5 minutes.
3. Add minced meat and spices. Cook until tender under a lid.
4. Brush the dough with olive oil, fold it in half, put the meat on one side and wrap it in a triangle. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
5. Place the triangles on a baking tray, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Done!
