  • champignons - 700 g.
  • water - 50 ml.
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.
  • vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons (if 3-6% - 3)
  • bay leaves - 3 pcs.
  • peppercorns
  • salt, sugar - 1 tsp with a slide

1. Mix water, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf and pepper.

2. Put it on the fire.
